A mare brought into the world by the expertise of a true equestrian family. The Daem family carefully selected a young Big Star son, named Special Star de Corlato. He is a direct descendant of Fresh Direct Corlato and is currently making his mark in sport under the saddle of Koen Vereecke. The qualities of this mare clearly reflect those of her father, Special Star. With unlimited scope and a strong canter, she demonstrates excellent balance and textbook technique.

When we take a closer look at the maternal line, we see that her dam, Kings Lady, is a half-sister to the 1.55m jumping mare Epsom Lady, who competed under Viktor Daem. Her ¾ brother, Meteoor, achieved similar success under the Italian flag. Expanding further on the maternal line, we find a number of internationally renowned names, including Gellah III, Dieau Soleil III, Figaro D, Duke of Carneval, and Pandora Boy Z, all of whom have reached the highest levels in the sport.

In summary, Wapiti is a mare with all the right attributes thanks to her exceptional genetic background. She has every potential to capture the attention of breeders and riders who aspire to the sport of tomorrow.
